A bit of highway

A travel blog entry by sethsokol

After the first couple of hours escaping Santander (in a saner way than I had entered it), most of the rest of the day was on moderate-use highways, usually with a good shoulder, but still not ideal. The topography was growing more extreme, but I was a bit confined by the roads to see all of the views. Still, I did pass a number of gorgeous places and today has some very nice photos.

I got here about 3:30 and got a bed, 12 euro and it is a nice place, a private run house with no more than 4 to a room, very clean. I might go down and have a look at the beach. Then again I might just go to bed.
