A huge spread was put on by the family. Before we got to it, the grandfather, dressed in traditional attire, played the local bagpipe made out of a sheep's stomach. I finalized my travel arrangements to leave Skopje - I would take a flight in the afternoon Istanbul bound, to commence the Middle Easter portion of this amazing trip (where I'm currently writing this blog entry from). Once again, the super nice staff of Urban Hostel were very helpful in helping me reach the airport in a timely and cheap way, and I took off and left Skopje. The peculiar thing was that in the border crossing, the migration authorities don't stop every car: if the car has Kosovo plates, they will let 10 go as stop only 1 or two.
