Buenas!

Today was such a bittersweet day! After class, where we watched Nueve Reinas, we grabbed some coffee and headed to the "end of the semester" ceremony. There, a few of our friends played songs (such as Country Roads) and we were given our diplomas.

I'll always remember what a great experience this was for me, not only for learning and practicing my Spanish, but also for expanding myself beyond my comfort zone. Our plan for ...

... life. We love Spain, but sometimes the thought of home is tempting. After coming back to the dorm, it seemed like today would end as an average day, but never does that happen in Spain I suppose! It is Santander's festival week, and as I was in my room, we heard fireworks! It was truly spectacular. I am really going to miss this place when we leave Saturday! It is as if every day is a new opportunity ...
