Today In the morning we had a morning swim. The water was cold. yesterday we went to the poy du fou and it was phenominal. They were trying to act the ww1 and ww2, they did very good. At the poy du fou there were translators that can also change to the radio and I got to keep my one. We are staying at a miniature hotel.

... Face time with Rachel and we saw Alice, how much she has changed in a month. She gave us plenty of smiles and a few gurgling noises and very much more alert and looked so pretty in her summer dress. ... and width with our estimation being a height of 12m. We can't even estimate how wide or deep but it allowed eight horses to gallop at full speed around and across the stage between many actors. It is very difficult to describe accurately but it was HUGE!! When we entered this theatre the stage appeared to be a 'normal' stage but towards the end of the show it started 'raining' on the stage so that by the end of the production the horses and actors ...

... to older retired people. Although no one in Australia seems to know of Puy du Fou, everybody in France knows about it and speaks about it in glowing terms. It attracts 1.5 million visitors each year. The park is amazingly clean, despite the thousands who visit each day. There are plenty of toilets located frequently, hence women do not have to wait!!! Weather: Blue skies, gentle breeze with maximum temperature of 30C.

This morning we slept in again. It is so good to be able to recharge our batteries. Before brunch, we went with Sally to meet some of her neighbours. We met a farmer who has dairy cattle. Yesterday we passed some of his cows with two very young calves, perhaps only a day or two old. Then we met a couple who are good friends and good neighbours of Sally and David. We tried to speak ...
