We began ascending up the mountain for about 15 minutes by bus before it could not take us any farther. Then there was a 20 minute hike to get to the cable car ...

... the town where, low and behold, they were holding a BEER FESTIVAL with a live brass band, Austrian food, and benches and tables set up in the main square. For a change, Andy was unfussed about the beer, but I had the most delicious wine I’ve tasted since arriving in Europe (Belgium, Germany and Czech Republic are not so great with reds) from Portugal of all places!

After the first bottle we had to purchase another for the remainer ...
