We went to St.Gilgen first which is a little town on a lake, it was very small but we walked around anyway. I'm sure the view from there would have been amazing if we could see it a bit better! We then ventured over to Alpendorf to ski as there was not enough snow at Werfenweg. We had a couple of small runs and Alex demonstrated that he had little control. We then had a lovely home cooked meal. Today, we went back to Alpendorf to ski again. The others ventured into Salzburg. We organised a lesson for Alex ...

... banks and walls made of huge rocks and/or heavy metal poles. Went straight to the guesthouse which was lucky as they were about to close for a few hours break. Had a lunch and headed into town for a look around. Not a lot to see as it really is not a tourist town, so headed back for a rest. Did 17km today but a lovely walk along the valley. Had entertainment in the evening as the local choral society had a meeting of some sort at the guesthouse (owner is a member) and they ...
