We managed to book a shuttle directly through our resort that would take us to the Cagliari airport (about 2.5 hour drive) and from there we got a taxi from the taxi stand by the arrivals that took us to our hotel in Cagliari. It was by far the easiest transportation day we've had all trip.

0830, awaiting boat to be put back in water and sea trial - FINALLY! By the time the italians got around to it though was 1115 before we actually left Sardinia back on route to Tunisia, Africa.
