... hill about 10km to Castelcivita which is a town perched impossibly to the side of a steep mountain. Just below this is a cave network called Grotte di Castelcivita. We joined the 4:30pm tour and spent an hour wandering through the caves enjoying the respite from the heat. At the end we headed home for a simple BBQ dinner and few wines.
