Within the main temple resides 3 immense wooden Buddhas - Amitabha Buddha (representing longevity and endless light), Sakyamuni Buddha (teacher of the Saha World), and Medicine Buddha (paying respect and making offerings can help one avoid disaster and gain good merit). ... through the Numbi gate again around 2pm.

Craig had some shopping to do in White River so we said we'd like to see what it's like. Just outside the Numbi gate entrance is a "township" with many shacks or poor houses. Businesses that will say "supermarket" look like they're set up in a structure built in the 1930's to house a one-car garage. Many buildings were partially constructed and then appeared to stop.
