... relaxed. Phil had found out that on Fridays, people under the age of 26 could get free entry to the Louvre between 6pm and 9:30pm. So we headed there, taking many photos of the famous glass pyramids before going to view all the art including the Mona Lisa. To be honest compared to all of the other art of the Louvre the Mona Lisa wasn't as impressive as I thought. The painting was tiny compared to the rest, which some took up entire walls!! ... it up for Kristen's sake and made an effort to make sure we saw a decent amount. We ended up walking through quiet a few rooms and viewing all the exhibition's until we made our way to the Mona Lisa. Last time I was here the line up to the front was huge and I didn't actually get to see it straight on, this time though there were a maximum of 100 people in there and we pretty much walked right up to the rope and got a few photo before being pushed out! We managed to walk ...

... eyes and look up and it was HUGE! It was so big I couldn't take a full picture of it. The legs were as big as skyscrapers. The whole thing took up a whole block. We took pictures and made it back to the bridge to watch it glitter and shine at the top of the hour. Then we made our way back home, got panini's for dinner and called it a night, a beautiful night. Can't wait to go back to the eiffel tower tomorrow and go up to the tippy ...
