... or a combination of the three. Anyway I thought I would pace myself in order to last the 53 km. The last 10 kms were up and down hills though Geoff said he didn't classify them as hills, I certainly did. However I managed to keep going albeit in the lowest gear. ... other English speakers left half way through the tour. The grounds were vast and beautiful, so we had a long walk before heading to the hotel for a wine. Tomorrow we have a big day of 53 kms and as its Sunday, breakfast doesn't start till 8am . The weather also is on the change and rain is forecast. We are happy to take each day as it comes. Combourg is more touristy than Dinan with lots of people on bikes and more English spoken. Off to Fougeres ...

... through the cab and it was raining and I was struggling to squeeze across the seat and I must have dragged the custom made seat covers out through the door when I called in at the supermarket.
