... and waited out the clouds. Our foccacia lunch (3 types in one sitting!) was pretty delicious, and we headed to the beach to lay out in the shade.

We were told that rain in May is not the norm, but it was raining when we arrived at 2:30 and it rained in to the evening. However, Nice is still beautiful in the rain. We spent the afternoon and evening walking along the Promenade des Anglais and the main road in Nice. Tomorrow will be a museum visit and maybe some shopping in the day and Coldplay at night. I hope it doesn't rain tomorrow night. The concert is at an outdoor ...
