We had noticed a large fire near the airport on our way to the beach in the morning, which sure enough was the island's main electricity plant, and thus we had power only sporadically for the remainder of our time on the island. ... we had heard there was a great little Mexican joint over looking the beach called Harmony. Taking the walk and going the long way, we finally stumbled into Harmony. It lived up to the hype and was defiantly one of the best Mexican places I've been too! They also had a guy playing guitar who used the kitchen to sing the chorus of Bon Jovi's living on a prayer.
