Plane cancelled, long wait getting it sorted, all good, always all good. Comped a hotel close to Melbourne airport, food vouchers. Left at hotel by my dear friend and our five and a half year old, feeling it, for just a moment. Great opportunity to share the love and the good feeling, haven't been wanting to call dad, but will-didn't feel so great, awkward, giggly little girl, instead of strong, capable, independent, adventure seeking, traveller, mum, woman. ...
