    Denmark was a lot of fun.

    We woke up really, really early ( it was still dark!) we had a little breakfast which involved: some cereal and a croissant. After a little driving we arrived at the airport where we dropped off the hire car and went on the airplane to Denmark! After a short one hour flight we got picked up by Folmer and Anna (my great aunt and uncle) and had a little picnic. After that we drove to Legoland!

    When we got to Denmark we got picked up by Folmer and Anna. Folmer looks just like Far Far. They took us straight to Legoland. I loved it there. It had lots and lots of Lego there. I loved the Haunted house and the polar bear roller coaster.

    We had a party for Signe and I ate some corn and the dog ate some corn. By the way it was actually cow corn. I picked corn from the fields and had a Corn Company ...

    ... The sculptures weren't secured and some of them were only small - we couldn't believe that nobody had nicked them for what seems to be a very long time. Don't want to be anti-home but can't imagine it working in the UK sadly. The tourist season is most definitely over with no one else on the walk...

    ... was owned by a king but was accidentally destroyed by a fire in the 1600s. The restoration of the castle is truly magnificent. The architect who oversaw the project was inspired.
