... how many screaming children were about to board my 10 hour overnight flight to London. I kept my fingers crossed that I didn't have any in the near vicinity of my seat and boarded in the back of the flight. Unfortunately there was a very unhappy child 2 rows behind me. It may seem like Arizona is green, and certainly the northern part of the state is. But don't let that fool you.

First and foremost, heed the signs of welcome. "We're glad you're here, now be careful of what can kill you." As you can tell, we made it through.

As we made our way to Flagstaff for lunch with friends of Jo's, we ...

So we did it! Ran our first half marathon!! We are feeling pretty proud of ourselves! Our shirts got lots of attention (I had quite a few people tap me and say "keep it up First Timer", which really helped to keep me going!). Still enjoying the after glow this morning, albeit, with very sore ...
