... 3.40 train to Milan. This is our last train of interrailing:( Can't say it's our favourite though, in fact it's probably the worst. The air conditioning consists of windows and the leather seats are not the nicest to sit on in the sweltering heat. Lucy thinks she is going to die, or she did until she fell asleep anyway. Emma's blond hair attracted some more strange Italian youths who wished her a 'goodbye princess' several times which woke her ...

... of the free breakfast. Up at one of the top positions of free breakfasts so far with cereal, toasts, biscuits and tea! Using the bus, which we thought was great because we didn't have to pay, we made our way to sirmione. Unsure of where to go once there we followed the crowds and ended up walking through the town which was pretty and eventually we found the beach. Had lunch in a cafe overlooking the beach. The first journey to Verona was smooth and I'm glad to report there was a very efficient air conditioning ...

... is not functioning. What a world? What a world? I'M MELTING !!!!!!!!!!! Name the movie. Even Trenitalia(the transportation) realized how uncomfortable it was and offered a rebate. Annalia met me at the train station. We went to her sister's for an aperativo. Wine and appetizers. Later the Magic Turin tour : Turin after Dark. It was an experience, all in Italian. A history of parts of Turin that included ...

Observations Sometimes one has to be the master of their own fate. As in Greece when I chose to visit the acropolis da sola-alone- so this morning I decided I will travel to Verona. Annalia has taken on a translation job and the weather will be extremely hot no matter where I am. Three hours on an air conditioned train will not be hard to take. I bought a first class ticket for the Frecciabianca, I have a hotel reservation ...
