    ... meeting, it was decided that we would back up to one of the local restaurant for a free berth for the night. On arrive we where given a glass of local grappler (rocket fuel).
    We all decided to have a Peka for dinner (a slow cooked roast dinner cooked under a cast steel bell) which was very nice, we then had a sing song with the Slovenians on the boat next door. Off to bed to be ready for an early start in the morning for the trip to Dubrovnik.

    After a few hours sailing we arrive at the island of Mljet . We harbour and enter the National park . There are two main lakes and a small island, st Mary's , at one end where a 12th century church and monastery sit.     We woke to the sound of the engines of the boat starting up and begin to pull out of Gruz Harbour en route to Mljet Island. Feeling very excited to be officially sailing Croatia we jumped out of bed and stood on the deck as we passed by the Croatian coastline.
