When the food arrived, we sampled some of the best dishes we have ever tasted. France really does have some of the best cuisine! When there was nothing left on our plates, we continued our self-guided tour of the city and found the old village (la Vieille Ville) and one of Annecy's most photographed landmarks. We wanted to improve on last night’s meal but as Tony is still dealing to a bad cough & cold we didn’t want a big night. Unfortunately, many of the place to eat in Sevriers were not open on Tuesdays so we ended up buying some ‘heat at home’ lasagna which was surprisingly good….slightly more upmarket from the tin of sauerkraut….and washed down with a nice French red.
