The rest of our time in Arbatax was pretty similar to the first two. Getting up first thing in the morning, going to breakfast then catching the bus to the spa where we would spend our day. Our evenings were all the same with showers after we got back from the spa/pools, dinner at the restaurant and sitting out by the main pool, listening to the music.

The routine included rooms with powerful water jets that bore down on you to "massage" you and after they shut off you were to go into a room that had a salt floor (like a giant sandbox). There you were to flop yourself in the salt like a fish and get completely coated in it. Next you went (covered in salt) to the steam room (which Brittany and I couldn't handle the first day but could the others) ...
... plan didn't start until supper that we could go eat breakfast because they knew we'd be hungry, which we appreciated.
We were delivered to our hotel room and just crashed and unfortunately for us, slept through breakfast. It was official that it had been 24 hours since our last meal, as on the ferry our supper had been a soda, chocolate bar and small bag of chips. Regardless, we slept for a few hours and felt less cranky. We got up and went to ...

- Grilled Beef with tomato and rocket salad was a main
- Nutella covered waffles
- Seasonal Fruit as a desert, which was served to me literally as a bowl of uncut fruit.
