It was very cold (-6 degrees).

Had coffees in two cafes to warm up along the way. A highlight was seeing 'Altes Rathaus' (old city hall) suspended above the racing waters of the Regnitz, the intricate murals on the colorful half-timbered houses, the elegant baroque archictecture and the Bamberg Cathedral. The town's beer speciality is Rauchbier - ...

Once again we made a random choice and it paid off in the form of the cutest, most legit German restaurant we've been to. ... was constructed around 1200 and had two altars as it serviced two different denominations (one for St Peter and the other for St George). Adjoining the Cathedral, the old court and many very quaint ancient houses, cobblestone courtyards and some beautiful rose gardens. Some colourful frescoes adorned the Old City Building and a variety of statues added interest to this heritage ...

... of us, There were buildings, boats, a harbour, moving cars, buses, trains and trams. The Star Wars indoor display was cool. As soon was we entered a life size lego R2D2 was moving and talking the way he does. I especially enjoyed seeing the life-size lego model of the X Wing ship and all the Star Wars characters. The X wing had all the sound effects of the engines powering up and glowing red. My favorite ride was the green dragon ...
