The day we arrived,Terry and I rode the last part while the others ferried the bikes and suitcases. They texted us not to try and find the place but just to let them know when we arrived at Palomas and they would come to retrieve us. So we ensconced ourselves at a beachside bar in the late afternoon sun and enjoyed some well ...

Saturday we flew to Barcelona and took a car to Girona. Throughout the day we ran into our cycling friends and we all went out for dinner. After enough walking and a quick explore of the cathedral, we hit the shops, initially to buy a magnet. We entered in a rather artistic shop, which we later found out was owned by a lady called Helena, nice woman. A true artist who earns her living making and selling her arts, oh and a true Catalan as well. After ...

... seaside town of Llafranc was welcoming with thousands of pine trees and a cove just small enough to host a port and a couple of hundred travellers. After a few drinks and a light snack we proceeded to taking in the last day rays and was convinced by a rather small sign to take a walk to a nearbyish lighthouse. The winding steep roads led us to the closed lighthouse, but did gives us a view of both coastlines before and after Llafranc. As ...
