Well the exploring got as far as the main street and with the sweat already starting to build we made a beeline for the rocky shore. We stopped off for a 30-minute break at a place called Lugulia and after leaving there, the guide initiated a game to count the number of tunnels we would travel through to until we reach the French border.

... With today being a Sunday, all the beautiful people were out so the beach was full of people enjoying the sun and the sand. I hung out there for about an hour and then caught my train back to Nice. I went down by the beach and grabbed a bite to eat and just enjoyed the scenery. I’ll be heading back to Marseille tomorrow morning, so this is the last time I’ll be by the beach for a few weeks anyway.
