After spending 22 hours on a bus broken up by grabbing a pizza in a shopping centre we arrived at Foz do Iguacu on the Argentinian, Brazilian and Paraguay borders. ... one of the most - if not the most - amazing sight today. I've seen Niagara Falls, Victoria Falls and now, Iguazu Falls and I can definitely say the latter was the most amazing. As Eleanor Roosevelt said when she witnessed Iguazu Falls for the first time: "Poor Niagara"!

... get us wet, what we did not understand was how drenched we would would be, the boat travelled directly under the falls, i don't think I've ever been wetter my North face waterproof trainers were soaked through! Fantastic experience which i would highly reccommend.

The photos uploaded here are all our own and i hope go someway to helping us show you what a magical place Iguazu Falls really is.

... G and I jumped into the freezing outdoor pool. We were dying the stretch our muscles so what else were we gonna do? It is cold and rainy today but apparently super nice tomorrow. I keep telling myself that we did a non sunny holiday because we aren´t horrible and shallow... we see the places for the ´CULTURE´ not the tanning factor. RIGHT? Shivering after a couple of lengths in what I can only imagine as Titantic cold water we went to our rooms ...
