We're enjoying the small town feel of Trier...on the river Mosel, close to the Rhine. We love the river...have slowed down...visited the sights...eaten well...did our laundry...planned for our next stop. We also bicycled today, but those fotos will be in tomorrow's entry. ...

I am very excited for tomorrow to get out and go exploring and have this wonderful experience with my friends. But for now I guess it's just a chill day.

The weather was definetly getting colder. I stayed at the Ibis hotel. I liked this one. Now I see a lot of Ibis hotels along the way and everytime I see a sign I go "Ibis Hotel".

... to rain shortly after we arrived. Each time we passed a window or ventured out across a patio the rain situation would be different: one time mist, the next pouring rain, then sprinkles. When we reached the end of the tour, it was pouring again, so we found a place to sit down and hang out until it got light enough for us to run to the car.

It didn't take long for the rain to let up, and we made ...
