    ... Every participant received a Certificate of Studies and were called up individually to receive their award in front of their peers.     ... centre, with good facilities and cheap at Euro 12, so definitely the place to stay from that perspective. Don't expect any basic manners such as Good morning, Please or Thankyou though and for heavens sake, don't ask any questions or you will receive a lovely scowl.
