Day 6 // Pt1 The theme for today is...EPIC Woke up super early at 630am, washed up and headed to the Government Office where we could have a nice view of Berlin. However, I wasn't feeling very well so I failed to climb to the peak and went to look ...

As I thought to myself at the time, it's like being a referee without ...

... This game went much better, and I restored some pride for myself, 2-1 win ( Not that it was competitive or anything!) Then came the time for the children to go. We were all so surprised by how polite they were. Each approaching us, shaking our hands and saying 'Thankyou'. When lining up to get on the bus, there were several more shouts. "Bye", "Thank you for playing football with us" and one lad shouted several times "bye Tom". Clearly I'd made some friends! After a coffee and ...

... experience. They were only 12 and pretty fluent already and so eager to learn. Although I'm pretty concerned for their eyesight as they kept saying we were beautiful! Apparently they'd even asked for our surnames so they could find us on facebook! After lunch we set about preparing dinner. Today Luca would be cooking a traditional Dutch dish called "hutspot". After preparing enough to feed an army we amused ourselves by making bracelets to sell in the little farm shop. Once we'd eaten ...
