    Today I went for a walk and took a "selfie" in front of the entrance to "Sun City," the development that Dad and Jan live in. Everyone is super friendly.     ... happy to experience someplace new.

    For those that know me well, you will be surprised that we are sitting at about one month out from our trip and I am completely unorganized. We have just one hotel in Portugal booked and not much else for that portion of our trip. This might turn out to be spontaneous fun or an absolute disaster given that we are visiting in high tourist season!
