Today was a good walk, nothing too arduous. Lots of hills but I guess my body is getting used to them now. I walked more slowly today, walking with Kym for the whole 30.1 kms and although it was the longest day so far, and my feet were throbbing by the time I got to the Hotel (Duques de Najera) a little lie down and resting the feet did the trick.
