      Oh dear. We had no idea our travels in our "shuttle" would be in a compact car over a mountain road in the snow. It was only snowing lightly but our surroundings were a wonder winter land.       After a typical Czech breakfast (bread followed later by meats and cheeses) and headed out to see Ottokar Square in Cesky Budweis in daylight. There were numerous timber crosses erected in the Square at various angles to the vertical to recognise Easter and Sampson Fountain was a magnificent site dominating the space of the Square.
