The Opera we saw was "Un ballo in maschera" by Giuseppe Verdi. It was really well done, but with bizarre sets involving a rotating stage and a giant Medusa head, and costumes, involving lots of black angels and skeletons. A Lazy Day

We then ate Raclette, which is a Swiss dish involving melting squares of cheese with various toppings on a little table grill and then pouring the cheese on boiled potatoes. ... It was a bit scary and I had to hang on tightly. When we got to the top, it was cooler but it was worth is as I could see for a very long way from the top of the mountain. There is no snow here at present, but during the winter, it is covered with snow. I could see into other counties from the top of this very high mountain. I came down the mountain on a cable car and this was bit scary but very nice.
Now I am back in Lucerne and getting ready ...

Mario's dad, Franco had a good point when he mentioned that this was probably due to the fact that there are so many international diplomats flying to Geneva, so logically, they would use the newest planes.
