    ... train and the next one doesn't leave for another hour, so now I am enjoying a boxed sandwich and a beer. I guess balancing all the eggs yesterday helped me out. I managed to carry my bag, wheel my suitcase and manoeuvre the food tray with only one near spill.     ... gear on PLUS fluoro safety vests. Bright orange!! First bit of health and safety we have seen 2. Coming home from town a car coming towards us had both front doors wide open, and still doing 60 kmph?? No idea why, they closed the passengers one as we past and then reopened?     Today is our day to enjoy the beach. We spent the morning at the Juno Beach Center. It not only teaches about Canada's role in WWII but also talks about Canada before and after the war. Much of it is familiar to Canadians but we were also reminded that we too have had racist policies.
