    ... Mum and I sat down and shared a Moules-frites (mussels and chips) and a salad. Before heading back to the bus for our 4 hour drive to Beaune we looked at some of the shops, and bought some tea towels and postcards. A typical day starts off at 0630 with an early riser breakfast, then at 0730 till 0900 there is the main breakfast, if you miss that one there is a cut down breakfast from 0900 till 1000.
