    ... I tried to get my surf skills down but the improvement is very little, Sahid instead had a blast with the great swell that was around. I think after months of not having touched the ocean or board, my smaller/new board, the cold weather and putting on a wet wetsuit is not working in my advantage.     ... we had lunch. Crossed into France again. We had been paying motorway tolls all day in Spain, and now had to pay our share to France! Very trying and expensive at times.     ... not too hot and not windy. Large part of the road up in shade which really helped. Being a sunday morning not many cars t all but quite a few bike riders.
