    July 27th 2014, the much-awaited Sunday on which I, my wife and a few friends had planned to do a one-day trek. The venue chosen was Rajmaachi fort near Karjat on the outskirts of Mumbai.     ... brinjal bhaji, pithale, varan all piping hot along with side dishes of papad, salad, thecha and buttermilk. This was really home made on earthen stove (chool) with peculiar village style and with aroma of smoke. After dinner, we enjoyed a camp fire lit for us.
