      As annoying as it was having India's version of Manuel wake us, it was a blessing in disguise as we had cut it very fine with the busses. We had a couple to get to take us to the train station, our train left at 4.55 and we arrived in the town at 4.25, luckily it was only a few km from bus - train! Since we wanted to travel by trains instead of buses (they are much cheaper and comfortable) we decided to book all of our tickets at once.       ... foot massage at Mumbai airport as we have run out of cash/currency that we would have had had you given us our money back over 3 weeks ago.
