First weekend trip

... view, stopping off at a couple of waterfalls (seen more water coming out of hotel showers in the UK) and eating some good food.

The last part was the the bus ride back. Thinking we had gone through the worse on the way up we weren't prepared for the journey back. In total 2 out of the now 4 of us passed out and needed watering back to health plus 3 of the locals spent the majority of the time being sick.....nice.

... said to have the best view in all of Kodai. It's true. The. Best. View. We stayed in the dorms of the youth hostel. A series of snug rooms that were set up with rows of bunk beds to sleep in. We had enough people that we got one of these rooms all to ourselves, once again for the cheap price of 200 rupees per person per night (4 bucks). Sleeping like that in bunk beds made it feel even more like camp, nights with us all spent giggling and shuffling around before finally settling in ...
