Today was a total relax day. It was spent at our own resort and beach. We spent 4 hours at the beach from 10:30 AM until 2:30 PM. We did our dealings with Jose the jewellery vendor. We had promised him that when we were ready to buy we would buy from him. We kept our promise which, of course, he was grateful for. The couple from Arkansas went to Malecon and took the bus to get there. ...

Firstly, I would like to mention how difficult it was to get my TravelPod blog app working here at the resort. I tried to enter a new blog but nothing was working. I figured there must have been problems at this hotel associated with the rain we were experiencing. ... off. I won't lie about the heat--it's pretty unbearable but PV is very modernized so AC everywhere, but, I, of course am dying and sweating buckets. The locals and resort staff are really wonderful and thus far, no sightings of rapist! We are back in room to shower then head downtown for fresh fish dinner and a stroll along the Malecon. We plan another island beach day tomorrow so adios for ...

... PM! We are both starting to feel better in time for Mike and Susan who will be visiting here next. This has been a different time away. We do not have the hustle and bustle of the incessant beeping of car horns, traffic, or the population like Asia. We are tucked away in a gated townhouse complex backing a green space..(yes, Donna, I did hear the rooster finally). There is guys who climb the palm trees knocking the coconuts down all the time. We do ...
