... pick up our Hop On Hop Off Trolley to tour the city. After a delicious breakfast served at the hotel, we drove the short 5 minute drive to Alamo, said farewell to our great little car, hopped in a taxi and were at the Old Town trolley station without a hitch. ... got to the top where the cliff overlooks are we saw signs that said absolutely no food or dogs allowed, so I walked to the edge and snapped a couple of shots then we left. We were hoping to have lunch there, but oh well.

After that we headed on up Pacific Coast Highway towards Carlsbad to check out the campground right on the beach. I was so excited about this, but when we got there we found out they charge as much as it ...
