... it was and couldn't quite bring myself to try it... although IM sure my brother would have if he was there! One thing on the grill that was interesting was green onions wrapped in bacon. I make an appetizer with asparagus and a bit of cheese wrapped in proscuitto which would be quite similar. They weren't ready though so we moved on.. to gelato : ) All in all a great day and a nice evening.

The whole day I was busy with organizing our next large day and night trips. I made friend with the very kind owner of a supermarket and he helped me to get along with all the the stuff to drink and to eat which are needed in the next couple of days on sea. ... we didn't have a lot of money they were very worried about us. When we arrived they give us 20 euro and made sure we would buy water and food. We were so thankful but forgot to ask their names. So with water and food in our hands we were looking for a place to sleep. After a while we met a Romanian family, who would offer us a place to sleep. We could stay in there house. It was a bit weird at first but we had ...

... issues etc. In the last couple of days we have noted three abandoned vessels of varying sizes that have been notified as a hazard to shipping and also a message about military activity in the sea north of Libya. The advice we have received is to stay well clear of any migrant boats we might come across and the reality is that they rarely would ever get this far north without being picked up, but the traffickers ...
