    Reading reviews has pros and cons, when it comes to travelling to St. Louis the Lonely planet recommends it as the must see city of the mid west however Triposos labels St Louis as the most violent city in America. With this in mind we were somewhat cautious when looking for a place to house all our belongings.     ... there were lots of maams and sirs and a very friendly Southern sounding drawl. The freindly theme continued happily and our whole time in St Louis we were impressed with the friendliness and politeness, from the girl helping us to buy our tram tickets, to the nice shop lady who gave us some of her own aspirin instead of directions to the pharmacy.
