... Today we went sightseeing around Santander, walked through the old part of town, had some dinner at at local cafe, bought some sweets at a candy shop and back to our beautiful, cozy, warm old fashion house. Great photos and memories to take to our next destination.

The weather here is very changing. When the sun is out it is warm, but can change quickly in a grey, windy, rainy and cold sky. Fingers crossed that the more south we go the warmer it gets :)

It was 8 o'clock, yet we got one of the first tables at Txotx, a traditional Basque cafe, recommended by our guide. By the time we left - closer to 10, the place was filling with locals. Noted the road signs are still in two languages- now French and Basque. Arrived at our camp for the night in the small town of Orhez. Needed to try our poor French again but we managed. Soft rain as we finished dinner. Hope for a quiet night. Tomorrow I ...

... artists works during war times and they were very sombre and dark and depressing hence we didn't enjoy it. It was a real disappointment after travelling half a day and costing a lot in travel as well to get there.

On our way back we stopped at San Sebastion, a town that we read had one of, if not the best beach in all of Europe. Well take a look at the photos. We were in shock at how many people were there and ...

... dinner and then Adrien, Hannah and I are going ice skating. So, it turns out the ice skating rink is under construction so instead we were dropped off in town and walked down to the beach. We took tons of pics and went along the coast to places I havent been before which was amazing. The night sky and the lights from the town created a beautiful view to look at and take pics of. As we were heading back along the beach, we saw tons and tons of people on the ...
