Have you ever looked at a map of Brazil and seen how close Rio and Sao Paulo are? They look really close but guess what? It's a ******* 6 and a half hour ******* bus trip, what is that ****? He profile looks cool but he's not in my good books for making me wake up early, anyone who knows me knows I like my sleep!

Watching the many people walk by loaded down with soft drinks, sarongs or some other items for sale. Richard was quick to point out how old and prudish in my practically new Sea Folley Bikini! ... rest of the game in a bar. As it was our last night in Rio we went to a Salsa club in Lapa. This was definitely different to any club I had ever seen before. I consider that as another culture box. After a few hours Anthony and I decided to go and have a few drinks on the street and ended up at Lapa stairs again. At one point I decided to climb up the side of it.

I woke up the next day knowing I had to leave Rio. If ...

Not much to say about the last 24 hours. We spent most of it sitting on a ****** plane with no in flight entertainment (thanks American Airlines) and the rest of it sitting in airports but at last we are in Brazil. It seems a very long time ago that we found out we had tickets to the World Cup. I'm not really sure what I'm in for but I'm almost certain it will involve a lot of beer and large congregations of football fanatics as well as hopefully some time to explore ...
