    ... and the temperature went as low as 19 degrees we weren't even that high up that came later on the private toll road to Wolfgangsee. Once again I was clinging to the edge of my seat as Mr T negotiated hairpin bend after hairpin bend. If it wasn't already scary there were obstacles on our descent!!!! Cows that wouldn't MOOOOOVVVEEE! We arrived at camping Bereau quite late nearly 7pm! But all was good we had reserved!!!! Well yes sort of! Booking for Toms ...

    ... to really enjoy the peacefulness of Budejovice as Shana and I walked around and just sort of absorbed the town. We walked through the local catherdal which had a photography exhibition that focused on woods around Ceske Budejovice. Also connected to the cathedral is the Dominican cloisters. These were a peaceful if not run down reminder of just how old the town really was. Despite being looking a bit worn I thought they were beautiful and full of experience. ...

    ... cafe in the center of town and we hung out there lots and were very well fed. Anna was making sure I had tried all the different German delicacies and foods (sausages mostly it seems ;) ), my favourite meal so far has been the working class 'builders breakfast' of finely minced raw pork meat, onion and pepper all spread on a nice fresh bun. Simple but really tasty! I've also had my first German Donner Kebab as it was invented here, and while they're slightly similar ...

    And the journey begins in the Czech Republic!
