Up early, caught the monorail from downtown, Westlake (4 blocks from hotel) to Seattle Center and went up to top of Space Needle. Wonderful views, even though it was pretty cloudy. Couldn't see Mt. Ranier too well. Then shuttle to Pier 91 to board Holland America ms Westerdam. A good day to cruise off into the sunset. Alaska here we come. Weather is perfect.
We arrived in Seattle on time. Love this boutique hotel right downtown. Have to get up early, so just charging things up and drinking Alaskan Amber Ale for dinner in the room. Thank you Kevin for joining me on this wonderful journey. Cheers to us!

Hotel 5 was our home away from home on a recent trip to Seattle. Centrally located, it was a 10 minute walk to Pikes Market or Seattle Center and crawling distance to several great restaurants, pubs and live jazz at Tula's!! Only drawback is the really noisy toilets! Sounds like a rocket taking off. Other than that it is way comfy and totally hip.
