We arrived at La Sauce Airport, Montevideo on time, 11.30am, and were met by Mario, our designated driver, who spoke not a word of English. He drove us to our beautiful apartment here, a mile or two east of Punta del Este, where we were greeted by Hugo, who showed us round the complex. seemed to be a mass-tourism place with high buildings and lot of cars.

... 8217; on my part to get him to shave…trust me! But this hostel did have a pool, in which women with barely there bikini liked to frolic in. At this hostel many of the guests did not speak English and they had their dinner at midnight right outside my bedroom window where they pumped music until the wee hours of the morning. Just great!
