... goodness for Robert Knapp in Paris. He diverted yet what could have been another mistake by Gindroz. The information received and itinerary information are once again wrong. The itinerary said we were going to Nice, and being picked up there. Robert gave us our tickets, and 10 pounds of groceries and lots of water in a HUGE bag for our trip, and had our drop off point changed to Antibes. Robert truly is/was our "Guardian Angel" in Paris. We made our way inland to the lake where we walked along a rocky shore and found a cove for the dogs to swim, afterwards we walked back to a bar where we enjoyed a coffee and then a beer enjoying the view over the lake.
we came back a different route and found some lovely mountain villages that we will come back to another day to explore.
... is much warmer than near Cassis. This arvo we've seen teh first rain for weeks but not cold...its low 30s still. Sitting at home just watched F1 and now end of TdF. Online keeping an eye on the golf to see if Adam Scott can win...and watching the poms get flogged in the cricket

... olives ..goats cheese dried meats and as we are in provence there were some stall selling herbs and lavender. But it was lovely to walk through the old streets and stopping for a nice cafe au lait (white coffee !!)
