Apologies for the late post. This is the first opportunity to get to the computer since arriving in Switzerland.
Well as you can probably tell from the title of the post we were late into Switzerland…about 90 minutes late and this can be put down to a couple of factors.
1) Horrendous road works
2) Peak hour traffic
3) Unscheduled toilet stops
4) Regulated breaks for Italian coach ...
... a great idea because this food is really heavy. It was delicious and I really enjoyed it, but there is no way I would ever eat a whole one on my own. So, I have officially tried the three main Swiss dishes- racelette, fondue, and roschti....all of which sit in your stomach like lead but are quite delicious (except for the fondue here which is only made with Gruyere cheese which I'm not too crazy about.)

Crossing the bridge one can look down the slope at an angle. Inside the signage tells of four bears – two parents and two cubs. Getting down to the water’s edge kids are splashing about, some with feet, some with whole bodies in the river. It’s not until you’re here you see the bear park for the cage it really is.
