... train to Murren. We wandered around Murren and then took a funicular to Allmendhubel, a perch with a wonderful view that rivals the Schilthorn. There was a children's playground that the kids loved. The views were spectacular!

After taking the funicular back down to Murren, we took the gondola down to Gimmelwald to wander around a little bit. The town is super small with the ...

... it kept going, through a tunnel underground. The tunnel led to stairs inside of and on the face of the cliff. The stairway was soaking wet because it crosses behind the waterfall. From here, we could see the valley through the water. We got a little wet, but it was awesome.

We then caught a different train down to Grindewald where we strolled along the main street, had lunch at ...

... up to Jungfraujoch. All the trains were narrow gauge with a cog wheel in the middle. The views weren't fantastic on the way up as it was still cloudy and it was snowing. There was sun peaking through the clouds though as we got past Kleine Scheidegg. There are 5 minute stops along the way between Kleine Scheidegg and Jungfraujoch so you can take a peak at the viewpoints. We finally arrived at Jungfraujoch around 12:30pm.

... we were, 4 backpackers, walking in the heavy rain down the street of Interlaken in the middle of the night. It was pretty fun though, the mountains around the town made everything a bit foggy, and mythical. There was this glowing white halo, in the middle of the air above one of the mountains, we were just mesmerized. The morning after I discovered it was a really cool building.

Anyway, after almost 1 hour of walking around the whole of Interlaken, ...
