Then after that excitement I got the funicular up to the fortress and my battery died after 3 photos so they are not very good but it was worth it to get a video of the Pumas.

Now am hoping for some sun tomorrow which is my last day in Salzburg. I wanna see those magnificent mountains.

The last tiny patch of blue sky I saw poking through clouds was in London, but haven't seen the orb since I left home. I'm doing the touristy places tomorrow so hopefully I will have some amazing views ahead of me.

Guest stars such as Romy Schneider stayed at the hotel during the preview of one of her films. Our room was spacious with quaint furniture and the breakfast was execellent.

... I was hoping we could take the funicular but Brian of course insisted we walk up. It wasn't bad and the views were definitely worth it. By then, I was wanting my radler. We had beer and pretzels with a great view of the mountains around us.

We made our way to the cemetery that is supposed to have inspired the scene where the von Trapp family hides from the Germans. Brian is doing his Matt Foley stance there (Chris Farley's motivational ...
