    ... many antique shops where we all bought some treasures to take home to remember the happy weekend together.

    So we woke up in Brighton, drove to Guildford after the stop in Lewes, caught the train to London and took the Eurostar back to Paris where we used the Metro Underground to get to our lovely ATC hosts in their apartment in the 5th Arrondissement where we will be for ten glorious days experiencing as much of Paris as we can fit in, or our weary feet will allow!

    ... Very nice! Rest of the tour went on a boat ride down the river this evening, but wasn't in our budget. So went to the wharf with everyone, but went for a walk to the Eiffel Tower instead. Saw it lit up at night from a number of angles. Rejoined the coach and continued to drive around looking at a huge number of most amazing buildings. Wow - unbelievably beautiful. The Louvre is huge! Looking forward to exploring further ...

    Well sleeping was difficult last night. I woke up at 2 and had to peed woke up at 4:50am just because I guess. I got up at 5am. I heard the kid across the hall making noises, I think he was playing video games. I showered and go ready to head to the train station.
