We were up, packed up and ready to leave by 8.30 this morning!!! No alarm was necessary as the dutchy caravan and family behind us decided to start packing up and left by 7.30!! ... on. Our first stop after leaving the beautiful vineyards of Burgundy was the well known town of Vichy, where the famous bottled water comes from. We had no idea what to expect from this town but as we were just having a one night stopover and the town was within walking distance we decided to have an amble about.

Travelled to Uzes to the market on Wednesday. Found a little cafe with fine China crockery so stopped for cake and espresso. Also met Jeanine, a very friendly French lady who sat with us over coffee. After we told her we were shopping for our dinner cook up she swept us around the market for the best bargains. We even ate 2 freshly shucked oysters each (50c each) while on the run.
